Matthew Poole is one of Mississippi’s preeminent attorneys in the areas of Family Law, Divorce Law, Child Custody, and Real Estate litigation. An Honors graduate of Millsaps College and The University of Mississippi School of Law, he is a former law clerk to the Mississippi Secretary of State.

Matthew is also a former law clerk and policy advisor to the Mississippi Attorney General, and former Associate Trial Counsel at one of the state’s largest defense firms. Matthew possesses extensive litigation experience. He has acted in the capacity of lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials.

Matthew was also honored to be named as Finalist in the prestigious Steen,Reynolds, and Dalehite Trial Competition, posting an impressive 4-0 record in front of juries.
